Flow assurance in Deepwater is a melting pot of several upstream disciplines. Our services include the following aspects of flow assurance:
- Generate appropriate production chemistry documentation
- Multi-phase flow simulations (steady state and transient)
- Develop operating procedures and engage stakeholders
- Hydrate - Laboratory testing to obtain equilibrium envelopes, LDHI application, application limitations, switch from conventional inhibitors (methanol / MEG) to LDHI
- Asphaltene and Paraffin - Laboratory testing and follow up with the field on chemical effectiveness, engage in Xylene mitigation of near well-bore organic formation damage, support pigging operations
- Corrosion - Evaluate corrosivity of fluids and impact on various equipment, design, implement and surveillance of corrosion mitigation plans
